Tbh ive never heard of one?

Could just be that he's added the spoiler and wheels from an MR and renamed it?

its either a 260 with the optional high spoiler, you can tell as it will have the tiny centre fin to fill the middle hole or its a import 280gsr no such thing as a 260 mr he is talking crap.

It's amazing the crap that comes out of some peoples mouths when they are trying to get rid of a car!

I hope someone buys it off him under that description and then calls in Trading Standards.

Why claim that is an MR when he clearly does not know what an MR is himself???

Your mates 260 isn't an mr cos he has added a few bits, you can see the full spec of an mr above. A 260 is what you get if your to tight to by a Fq :)

Gsr is an import Fq is a uk car there is no such thing as a gsr260 because the 260 was purly a uk car and it wasn't called a Fq just a plain old 260 with small spoilers, fat ass seats, rubbish cams and turbos

As the list shows above

b6lee im watching you, might have to get the 260 12" double barrel shot gun out soon if you call my car having fat arse seats and that lol

at the end of the day if you buy a 260 its no biggie you plan to do a lot of mods then you will change everything anyways, look on the for sale sections for people upgrading their intercooler hard pipes, exhaust down pipe and cat back, you can always get a set of mr cams and put those in and change the turbo for a s204 or evo green or just a 10.5 fq if you want.
like ive said before ive spent £600 on my car since ive had it and ive fitted and done the following then tell me its not an evo

fq hks down pipe
fq hks super drager cat back
modded air box
re-map
eibach springs
carbon fibre lip spoiler
painted the alloys anthracite
changed the colour of the radio surround
de spoiled
front head lights de=tango'd and sprayed black
performance friction discs and pads
front badge and painted anthracite
walpro fuel pump
de-cat

car now runs 332bhp and 350lbft which is more than a standard fq300

just search and buy second hand parts of people, cheap way to tune for the time being and you will enjoy working on your car at the same time, if you get a fq300 then yes it will have all those parts already and all you would need to do is a re-map but for the price of a 260 you get to know most people havent raged them and cheaper to buy.

here have a read through my thread it will show you how the car was, problems i had and how she is now
