Brake problem

Hi, I have a problem with my brake. My 4 jst upgraded to brebo brake with new disk, pad, hose and second hand breboo. N now it generate noise. Wen u put down the brake padel, I can hear noise from the front. The noise make me feel liked its from spring. Not sure.

I also completely changed the brake fliud. it atill have the noise .
