brake caliper paint

my brembos have gone pink and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get the paint and laquer needed to spray these.i have had the brembo stickers so i just need the paint.is it a good idea to take the calipers off to do this and is it much of a job?

yeah i'd take the calipers off, you can use normal harrerite paint as the calipers dont really get 'hot' i did that with mine and they are fine after 6 months of painting them.

if you use as mentioned you dont need laquer as its a smooth finish anyway.

Failing that i have heard off using T-Cut on calipers to bring the red back.....

thanks m8 but im putting new brembo stickers on aswell so i need a laquer to seal the stickers after the paint

oh then, just the stuff from halfords will do.

Hi mate, I would do what RSMark suggests, Halfords is the best bet.
