Bottom end bearings

Right first off I have an Evo 4 with around 75k on the clock. Fresh oil change and filter around 200miles ago. Took it out for a drive to blow cob webs off and now when holding revs around 2500-3000rpm can hear the bearings ringing. Anyone had this and could help or recommended a good Evo specialist as I assume I need a rebuild
