Boost valves

Im trying to decide which boost valve to get for the upgrade on my car.

A AVCR or three port ?

Im not sure what each one does differently to one another and could do with some help and explanations why if folks dont mind helping out a noob.

Best thing to do is speak to the mapper and see what they prefer and then get advise based on that
