boost set-up

hi all ,
i have a greedy profec spec 2 boost controller ,Lo setting is at 1 bar and it pull's good, the Hi setting is set at 1.55 bar pull's good at start of boost but then starts to come in and out is this what greedy call boost spike???

whats the gain set too? you might need to lower the gain and then increase the duty to get the boost to hold and not just spike

the gain is set at 10% in the Lo setting and that's all good.

the gain is set at 25% in the Hi setting i will lower this to 10% and see if it hold's the 1.55bar all the way.

yeah the 25% will be too high so you'll get to the 1.55 but the boost will drop off straight away, if you put it to 10% and then increase the duty to get the 1.55 you'll get a better setup
