Didn't know aftermarket dump valves could leak boost. Just thought the plastic ones would anyway got me thinking how could you tell if it's leaking anyway to check it.

they can if they are adjustable and not been set right

use a boost leak testing kit

Should that not be running a bit more with a 9 turbo ?
Try putting the dv back on if it drives fine then it's got to be your coil packs I'd still be sorting a new set though
