Boost problem after fitting 80 series turbo

Oh and do as wingnut said about resetting your controller. Starting from scratch again

Right ok mate will do this first if I need a solenoid what one shall I get and where's best to get it from ?

Right lads bit of an update I have reset the controller back to factory and then set it up again and still no different I have also checked for split pipes to the solenoid and hose from the j pipe not sure if there is any more or not . I also tried the car with the pipe off the actuator and it blanked off and it ran fine like this hit 1.9 bar in second lol but obviously only tried in second lol so this eliminates it being mechanical so it looks like it points to the controller or the solenoid it just seems strange how the solenoid would just go all of a sudden

No

Just change what you have been told several times by several individuals on this post. You seem to keep going over the same question. You have eliminated the fact it's mechanical by testing the actuator. If it was that then you'd have problems at 0.7 bar too....
If you don't want to change the boost controller or the solenoid then don't. But you may find it was just coincidence it failed at the same time you changed the turbo....

Good.
We don't want to have a go at members. But to many insist on asking the same question over and over. Rather than just do what has been suggested.
I'll be surprised if a new solenoid/controller doesn't fix your problem :what:
