Hi , iv recentle fitted a bosch inline pump in the engine bay all wired up as it should and im running an automotive intank pump . last nite I went to get the car mapped , and come into a rite pickle , for some reson there was not enough fuel and kept running really lean when ever I layed on the boost , we had to keep stopping and trying new things to see if it changed or helped , we lifted the bosch pump under the bonnet up rite thinking it could have been running dry at some point in the angle I fitted it , but that dident help , we then thought mayb there wasent enough power goin to the bosch pump so we cut the wires and run it direct , but that dident help , but for some reson the fuel pressure reg is makeing a funny noise and the needed isent stable , seems to move up and down all the time when it's just idling , we thought if we run the fuel pressure reg at 5 bar it mite solve the problem so we went for another try , driving normal there is loads of fuel but as soon as u plant it it just runs well lean ... Do u think the reg is ****ed ? B4 I fitted the 2nd pump everything worked fine running 500 bhp ? Any help would be great

Yeah we looked at all that but still the same , u can feel the flow of fuel running thorough the fuel line running in and the fuel line that runs back to the tank . Really confused , just seems ever since Iv fitted that second pump it seems tho the reg as started playing up . Fuel reg was fine and dandy b4 but when I started her up yesterday to take the car to get mapped I could hear that reg straight away

Heard it the last couple of weeks where people are having fuel filter problems... Worth a shot buddy... Make sure the intank one is clear and change the under bonnet one

Fpr fluctuation because the Bosch is trying to suck fuel in but can't..
Blockage of some sort..
I presume you have it setup-
In tank 2 Bosch 2 fpr 2 fuel rail !!

If the Bosch can't be supplied with enough fuel then in turn it can't provide enough...

Try putting the standard reg back on. I'm still running mine and alot of people swear by them. :)
