best oil for my spec list....help please

my spec list is as follows.....currently running fuchs titan pro r 5w40 oil
je race pistons
evo 6 crank
h-beam conrods with arp 2000 bolts
acl race main bearings
cosworth bigend bearings
cosworth steel head gasket
new lash adjusters with 3mm oil holes
full cambelt kit
ssqv111
full gasket set and oil rings
and a essex turbo/re-build done by...looks new though...
all help will be appreciated as ive fixed the oil leak wich was a sender for the pressure gauge not fitted by myself..but shes slowly emptied herself to the point iam going to drop the lot and change the filter.

stick with what your using
no need for a specific oil because of your spec
as long as its fully synthetic

nice one rsvrob..ive done a bit of homework and apparently i should be useing 10w50..iam not so sure on the difference iam very new to evos..used to r33's lol..but iam haveing nothing but trouble with my new beastie...gutted..i get a terrible humming from the internals after 55 mph and iam still bedding her in i dont want to break anything as iam on a budget to modify the inside not exspensive engine hench the buy in the first place mate...she has died 5 times in 5 weeks...not a very good start...all help is very appreciated...thanks again buddy

You run her in on 'running in oil' not fully synthetic

Didnt realise you hadn't run her in:shock:

I use 5-30 gtx magnatec not done me any wrong

10w40 mineral oil for running in
Then yes 10w50 for I forged engine

Cool..and interesting replies...exscuse my dumbness..so what exactly is the difference between..5 or 10w and the 20.30.40.50 that follows...i dont get it when so many people run different grades?...
