Hi evo owners!

Just heads up, now i purchased an evo 9 rear bumper from this guy on ebay as he was breaking his evo 9. Anyways despite him being rude calling me a time waster because I was asking him to send me a clearer photo of the rear bumper, rear boot lid and rear lights he got a bit offensive. Either way I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him for the evo 9 rear bumper 13/05/14 and said that he would send it today for guaranteed next day delivery. So I booked a day of Thursday. I asked him to send me the tracking number and to let me know that the item is sent. He didn't reply almost the whole day and said he will send it tomorrow.now I don't mind that but when I asked him if he is sure so I can move my day off on Friday he started to be rude. He didn't respond to any of my text until I disputed the case via PayPal. He then texted back saying I ain't getting anything and started abusive word calling me a pr**k.
He said I will get nothing and wait 3 weeks for refund.

ANYWAYS GUYS HEAD UP IM SURE HE HAD REASON NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND IT BUT A CONFIRMATION IS ALL IM ASKING.

Yea it's ok mate, I'm just realy warning everyone. I mean this guy is so rude... I mean if you look at the photo he sent me, come on its not even complete pic and also the bumper is so far away you can't see if it has dings and scratches.... only reason why I bought is because it's same color as my car... I well 3 weeks for the refund...

I just received a respond from the other side and he said that it was his mates transaction as he didn't have paypal so he used his... He said he will issue a refund once he gets the money of his mate.... hmm mm

Where do i stand from here? What happens if his mate doesn't give him the money back?

What a utter prick you know what we do get them you was well in your right to ask for better pics of the items to make sure you was happy can't understand why some people have to mess people about for open a case with paypal once they grant you a full refund paypal not the seller them self the cash will come out of there bank account if they like it or not.

Given every phone has a half decent camera built-in I see no reason for poor photos in this day and age, they take seconds to take and upload/text. To be fair I wouldn't have even bought the items just by their lack of interest in taking good photo's but that my choice. If they can't be bothered with photos I wouldn't expect much in the way of packaging for shipping.

If you've opened a case with PayPal and tell them he's refusing to ship the item or give a refund they will ask him to provide a tracking number within a time frame, as long as he doesn't enter one the case will be closed and you'll get a refund. Even if he doesn't have the money in his account they will refund you, put his account in minus and he wont be able to use it until he adds the money to it.


This might be a low blow but... I'll be selling my Evo 9 (blue) rear bumper first/second week of next month, if you're still looking. Not in prefect condition as it has a small chip in the plastic but if you were to get it painted I'm sure the bodyshop would sort that out.

Mick- I have decided to stick with the evo 8 rear for now however pm me how much you want for it and some pics and i might change my mind
