Bc coilovers knocking

Hi guys looking for advice, my e7 has bc coilovers on and I'd say not done much over 5/6k, and the fronts where knocking. So jacked it up and found one was very hard setting and the other not quite so I put them right on soft and they are knocking like mad every bump pass front worse sounds like there loose. So checked all bolts and there fine checked spring load today and still the same sound very very sloppy knocking any ideas

Did you try to tighten the main nut on the top (the one that holds the coilover 'assembly' together, not the three on the car chassis)? With BC's I had on a Subaru they knocked after a few thousand miles because the main bolt was loose (could turn with fingers).
Never had an issue after that (other than the crashy ride)

Top nut is tight also used buzz gun for that, going to ring apex in a mo,

Bc quality, top nut came lose on the ones I had.
