battery light flickering

I have a evo 3 and the battery light comes on goes off and flickers when it feels like it. Iv tested the batt and altenator and there both fine. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Is it idling okay?

yes its fine at the minute. iv had idle issues recently but thats all sorted now and this has started to happen..

have you checked all the earth points to the charge system ???
