Battery charged but car dead

Hi everyone,

I have just fitted a new, fully charged battery into my Evo which has been standing for a couple of months. The negative terminal had snapped so replaced that. However when I connect the battery there is no life in the car what so ever, it is like the car doesnt have the battery fitted.

Any advice welcome as I am trying to sell the car asap

Check all fuses

Also need to check that the contact between the battery and terminal clamps is good. Sounds very silly but batteries come with plastic caps over the terminals, have they been removed.

Have you tried gettin the car to life with jump leads from another car (other car is guaranteed power).

Other than that there's many possibilities!
