hi driving back from london last week and my ayc light came on and woulkd not go off the temp also went high and every time i put the clutch down the car stalled can any one help thanks

the ayc light isnt always associated with ayc problems

Also you should know the AYC fluid is a serviceable fluid. chose to ignore it and its a costly mistake.
Do you have any bills to state when fluid was changed?

In all honesty i dont know... you can bridge pins 1 and 4 and count the flashes on the dash

The number of flashes represents the following faults

12 airflow sensor system
13 intake air temp system
14 tps
21 coolant temp sensor
22 crank angle sensor
23 cam sensor
24 vechicle speed sensor
25 barometric pressure sensor
31 detonation sensor system
41 injection system
44 ign coil/power transistor system
64 alternator fr terminal system

ayc codes are different

i had the same problem with the ayc light did the obd test and it said my fueling and injector system was knackered, it ended up bein the ecu was fcuk'd so put a 6 ecu in and everything was fine.

i had same problem. TPS was changed - check engine lamp do not goes on any more but ayc lamp is still ON.

how you solved the problem?
