ayc/acd pump

Can anyone tell me where i could get a decent reconditioned or imported ayc/acd pump? Most of the places iv rang have sold out! Thanks andy

Do your own fella, svengali on this forum does repair kit and bleed
Tool if your not up to it pay somebody to do it

Just tried mate...bought both, but was stupidly corroded....it pulled the threads out the back of the pump! Hellicoiled it but still doesnt seem to be building pressure??

i'd deff say have a go at re-doing urself, u can buy kits on here, i wish i did now, sent mine away and cost me £750 :-(

If the pumps not working would it damage anything else driving it, its been off the road for 4 months and discs are rusting!

Don't think it does but I'm sure somebody will back me up here
You can remove the fuse on/by the battery. Next to the abs fuse

£783, from auto torque, saw them on here, was only expecting around £400, i did have 3 used pipe for £70 in that cost,

Its for an evo 8 mate, just speaking to some fella with one at the min....looks like new! So hopefully get that!

Wrong pump! What pump only has one outlet just for acd?? Still need one!

prob be best to have a go at repairing urself, i looked everywhere for one and had no luck,

Its fooked...its been repaired before and whoever done it removed the whole lip around the plate in the middle, then when i tried it wouldnt come apart...when it did it ripped the threads out of the back of the pump, iv helicoiled it but the damage getting it open and the missing lip dont think it'll work again!
