I'm awfully sorry to be posting this as I'm a non Evo owner or driver (& I've only registered to do so) but I feel that is something that people should be aware of....

If anybody ever comes across a white Mitsi Evo in the Merseyside, Wirral or Cheshire areas with a partial reg R908 xxx with an absolute driving it, give the person an extremely wide berth. His driving was & is appalling

At about 17:40 this evening (Sunday 31st Jan),I was joining the M53 from the M56, a P Reg Fiesta in front of my V70 was driving slowly, I looked in rear view mirror & door mirror, all was clear to move out to the outside lane then this muppet comes tear up behind me flashing his main beams and nudges my bumper twice

Admittedly I probably aggrevated the arse by flashing my rear fogs at him and giving the wanker sign as he pulled past me, but when it was safe for me to do so I moved back into the inside lane. He then drops in front of me & slammed on his brakes causing them to smoke like hell. I had to swerve violently literally throwing the car over to the outside lane. I then passed by him after swerving over and he tried in vain to pull over into the side of me, but traffic wouldn't allow to do so. Then to make matters worse, he does it again.

Oh P.S. This White Mitsi Evo will probably be in and around the Merseyside, Wirral & Cheshire areas.
No damage fortunately apart from my frayed nerves. Livid to the max.

So I have reported it to Cheshire Police. Police have recorded this, given me an incident number and will be following up. They've said that with having the first 4 digits of the Reg as a partial and with the car being so distinctive, they'll have a better chance of tracing it. See what happens.

Hi,
Sorry to see that. Unfortunately terrible drivers are all around us in this day and age but this seems particularly bad.

I have edited your post to remove the implied swearing and to remove the part where you incriminated yourself.

Good luck with the police, drivers like that need taking off the road. Just be carefull you dont get your self in trouble as from reading that a lawyer could twist that quite badly im sure.

Apologies for the tirade of guttersnipe language there Nick what with it being a first post from an outsider, needless to say I was highly aggrieved.

Thank you for your judicious editing of the post.

P.S. For the Moderators, Admin, Members & Users of this fine forum.

I'm am not wanting to cause nor do I seek to cause any cross forum fuore or slanging fest,
but these things do need to be said & aired.
