Aux belt tensioner

I'm changing my aux belt while I do my CPS, do I need to do the tensioner? I know I'd be a good idea but is it really necessary?

Only ordering one will push my job back a few days.

While we're on the subject, anything else I should change while I'm in this area? Incidentally I'm planning a cambelt change. Should I just do it all in one go?

If I was you, I'd do both belts in a 1er. It's not absolutley vital that you change the tensioner but I'd give it a good grease while its off and you will probably break it as well which makes it an absolute arse!
