Is this the place that Dave was on about?
Can anyone tell me where it is?

Yes MJ,
this is the place that Dave must have been going on about!

He gave me a call a couple of hours ago and I have told him that he can bring the car round some time next week to have a look at it and give it an oil service.

I am sure the car has no issues as I went with him to buy it a few weeks ago and it was running sweet at the time.

It may develop some problems or might need to be brought in a little earlier if Bigzy is using it as a daily driver because he is known to have the heaviest right foot around:D

Give my regards to Bigzy.

My experience at the clinic

Hiya guys and Michelle!

let me just start of by saying that i too went over to the Auto Clinic in Brum and what a great experience it was!
I followed Dave there yesterday in my 6TME and was picturing all sorts on the way there lol!
We were met by el and he took the car in and got it on the ramp. A very nice young traineee that looked to be 17 at the most got the car in the air and set about changing the oils which included the AYC bless him lol (he looked like he was just out of nappies) whilst el got the kettle on:confused:
By the time we had had our coffees and a right old natter, the car was ready to go:confused::confused::confused:
I really have to say that we were there for no more then 45 minutes at the most and in this time the our baby had
engine oil and filter
gear/dif/transfer oil
plugs
AYC fluid
and they even topped up the IC and washer fluid.

el took it for a quick spin around the block and when it came back 20 minutes later it was washed and hoovered:eek:
I gotta say that they are fantastic guys that really know the cars and are easy on the purse too lol!
I will be making sure that my Bigzy takes all of his other cars there to have work done from now on:D:D:D
Oh there was some right exotic cars there too having work done, I guess Dave will fill you all in when he is on though because I can't remeber what el told me they was:mad:

El,

I'm getting my new front dif today that I paid £160 for on ebay and it was rebuilt as a spare for a rally car and it has only covered about 300 miles. Would you be about to do this for me pal. Also may get you to do a few other bits whilst there.

Thanks buddy,
Ollie

There was a couple of skylines, a silver GTR34 and a blue 33. A red 300xz twin turbo and a couple of scoobies. More or less the usual sort of cars that come over there.

No apprentices required but you are welcome to pop over and watch what we get up to as well as pick up pointers for free!

No tea making involved;)

Bring your V for a free check over if you like, no strings attached!
