astra vxr vx racing edition speeding

Even if the force had a car capable of catching the person at 180+, I would seriously doubt they would involve themselves in a chase at that speed.

Sounds like the speed has increased the more the story is told (not meaning by the OP)

When you look at evo's genuinely hitting that kind of speed, you're talking pretty big power really, would be surprised at an Astra getting to that speed. Thats just my opinion though

i agree i wouldnt want to be in it either, i was in a astra gsi at 145 and i seriously didnt think i would make it out alive, i know the vxr is more refined but omg, my type r was more stable at those speeds (on tracks of course)

i would like to agree about the story being egsadurated but i spoke to my friend who knows this guy and its pretty much from the horses mouth, maybe the dude actually believes himself haha.

you see it time and time again on progs like 'traffic cops' their cars dnt get up to those speeds and they consider it a dangerous persuit anything above 100mph

imo im glad a nutter like that is off the road, the road he was using 'aparantly' is unlit and sorry but the world passes by too quickly at the likes of 130-140 let alone any more

I would think that if he was actually doing that speed the road would have to be stupidly long, probably downhill abit aswell lol Sure a stage 3.5 would be pushing not much over 325bhp tbh


Pretty sure you'll know for certain before long, I can't imagine him doing anything but a stint in a prison for that speed.

Could you imagine that thing going past you at that speed lol, it would just be a blur......

he only got an 12 month ban and that i actually know, prison would have been the option i reacon if he was actually doing that speed which suggests he was doing a lot less actually
