Anyone know what fault code means?

Can anyone help, ayc flash code 82, 8 long and a little while later 2 quick flashes?

I've also tripped my cenytral lockiong!! I bridged pins 13 and 16!! Ooops. Could it be a fuse for the c locking?>

Do a search on here for flash code, sure someone else has just posted asking similar...

Central locking will be a fuse fella. Driver side footwell I believe...

code 82 would be pump fail

depending on how old the pump is depends if it can be reconditionded or not.
trouble is the rot out inside then they are only any good for parts.

harry hocky motorsport can check it/repair it or just buy another

Nice one Lee, just found a link to the code Pump malfunction or sensor failure. I bought this car couple of days ago with the bulb missing so knew the pump will prob. be sha***d! I need to start the car up and see if it brings the light on. The abs light was already on. Need to start it up and take it for a drive tomorrow and see which of the lights come on and stay on

Lee, does your car hum at all when driving? I remember you mntioning your pump was mashed too? I drove it back yesterday (picked it up) and noticed a sort of whining noise every few seconds. I'm thinking the diff. but not 100%. I will get it up on a 4 poster tomorrow and try find the where the noise is coming from.

Engine oil was quite dirty on it so changed that yesterday. Will take out for a spin tomorrow and let you know. I also have another with same code! lol Get's better and better What's code 41 mean, Injector circuit?
