think you could be right with the "billet" idea. check out the TT website for actual specs

we used the apexi avcr too. good bit of kit that
used to enable my S205 to hold 2.0 right to the red line

Cool sound alright I did look at the tt website and it is a billet turbo.. Following further development of our highly-acclaimed S205 Evo hybrid (capable of up to 580 BHP),we are pleased to announce our new version, now fitted with a billet compressor wheel.

500 BHP bolt-on turbo charger with forged billet compressor wheel, anti-surge compressor cover, Turbo Technics 360° thrust bearing kit and uprated actuator. The turbo can also be improved for 2.1-2.3 stroker conversions. Optional “true” 3” cast elbow kit and intercooler pipe kit. This turbo has seen results up to 580 BHP at 2.3 bar of boost....Nice! Lol

Yes see we had mine at 2:2 bar and it was just like a slap round the face and that was it but at 2:0 bar it pined you in the seat right the way through the rev range
