Any one in birmingham/redditch area with evoscan?

Hi all, im getting the p0505 eml on my evo 8 260 ive tried cleaning the throttle body and resetting the light but it just comes back again, can anyone reset my base idle for me please??? Im located in redditch(just south of birmingham)

Also can this fault be related to the rear lambda sensor??? Ive recently fitted a MIL eliminator..... Lambda voltage fluctuating between 0.06 and 0.16 on idle sounds low to me???
