spot on Herman well ive just cleaned out my fuel filters (will be getting changed)
changed my actuator to the uprated one and fitted boost controller just back from taken it on a run and YIPEEEEEEE running spot on so must have been filters maybe actuator 2??
set the boost to bout 1.6 bar u think i should turn back to 1.4??

On an Evo 4 engine yeah, I'de personally run 1.4 bar, not 1.6, some tuners on MLR don't recommend more than 1.3 bar on a IV engine.
