any evo experts in cornwall ?!!

hey there im looking either for a person or a garage that really knows their evo's in the cornwall area! the closer to redruth the better!!

my evo 4 needs a few things looking at and although im a pretty good amateur mechanic I would really like someone who really knows these cars to help out here and there,
I can pay in cash or crates of beer!!

some of the things I want to tackle include.....

finding what is making the constant small supercharger noise that rises and falls exactly with the rpm, id like to remove the serpentine belt and see if its one of the things that that drives.

putting out the cat overheat light

finding out why the washer jets don't work (no motor noise even)

and changing all the diff, gearbox and transfer box oil for fully synth!!

anyone that can give me some help and support with my first evo will be really really appreciated!!

hi, I put this info in your other thread. no one seems to want to work on evos round here. I got some work done by RK engineering in st.agnes they seem to work on a lot of modified cars and seem to know their stuff.

so sorry for my late reply, sadly I have no internet at home so can only get on it when I visit a parent at the weekend!! I have heard mixed things about rk engineering so im not too sure? but I do think we should meet up at some point! and if you guys want to tune your cars like me we should stick together too, eventually after I fit a 5 ecu and injectors and wallbro etc I was thinking of asking alan Jeffery to do the mapping, that could be a day trip for us in the future, you guys could get some power runs!
