Another Newbie...

Hey peeps, I'm Gav from Bristol.

Previously owned an Evo 7 FQ300 and an Evo 8 FQ320.

My best mate covered the other years with Evo 6 TME and Evo 9 MR 360 HKS, so I've had a fair bit of experience with them too.

Sadly I have been without an Evo for a few years now, but still have a passion for the cars and even run a set of Evo 8 Enkei's on my Daily Drive as a reminder. :awesome:

Just thought it may amuse some of you to see something a little different.

It was previously the UK (M7Japan) Demo Car but I am selling up this year and may well go back to an Evo for some high speed fun!

Well I'm afraid they will be nothing special, or that has'nt already been seen.

The Evo 8 was standard and Red.

The Evo 7 was resprayed Green with 2 fast 2 furious rep graphics. The bodywork remained as standard apart from the rear spoiler and eventually the DAMD front bumper.

Engine wise, both cars had HKS induction kits but that was pretty much it.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys... I realy hope to be back in an Evo again soon.
Until then, I have a garage full of rims to keep me amused!

Forgot to mention... I will be at Japfest this year with a ssoc (suzuki sport owners club) so will pop along to say hello as I assume most of you will be on the club stand?

Its quite possible... mine was the 1st licenced UK rep, but there have been a few since.
A guy with his own graphics company had it after me... I think he took it to the pod a few times to get it noticed and then the graphics were all stripped for a new theme.

Ah might have been it then, I saw it in 2010 then again in 2011 at pod, both times it was up for sale

I hav'nt been to the pod in a very long time...

Last time I was there, I Killed my Pulsar GTi-R... Seems the done thing! :blush:


However, I got some good runs in beforehand.

My 6th run destroyed an AP Racing Clutch, Flywheel and Gearbox!

For some reason the car still drove in 3rd.... or NEUTRAL! :shock:
