Hey all im jay from the east midland's looking to buy our very first evo we have been looking at the evo 6,7,8 , im looking on here for info and anything else i can find out about them !!

we have about £6000 to spend.

i also run my own website but its for all people with cars so its a mixture but im not looking to nick members !! want any more info ill let u know what im about !

At MIDS-MODZ our main goal is to bring you what you want. We bring together modifiers, tuners and all general motoring enthusiasts together to form a healthy community both online and on the streets.

We attend all major shows throughout the year including camping trips, nightlife and full on entertainment! We also run trips to the infamous Nurburgring track throughout the summer giving you the chance to get some real motoring action out on the track!

As well as this we organise various other events throughout the year!

Our aim with the police is to bring racing off the streets and onto the tracks where real racers can prove their skills in safety.

Should be able to get a decent 6 for that sort of budget.

If you see any online post up and we can advise;

If you can stomach passing over to the dark side of the Midlands and push your budget a little this may be worth a viewing;

All EVO's can be tune and without spending mega bucks can get most of them to just short of 400bhp. After that you looking at spending alot more on conversions and turbo upgrades etc.

Keep shopping around and dont be afraid to haggle the price down as its a buyers rather than a sellers market for EVOs at present.

This could be a steal if you prepared to take a gamble that it may only be a thermostat and/or head gasket. Had new belts, water pump and has Full service history but being sold as a non-runner but you would need to be sure from someone knowledgeable what it could be. In East Mids too I think;
