Im thinking of getting a machine polisher, u got any recommendations as seems to be alot of choices and not sure of the pro and cons of the different types?

Go straight for a rotary don't bother with a DA, depends on how much you want to spend really.

Trip over the bridge to indigo today for Ant to tweak map to suit new 3" cat back and new 3 port!
All a ok and some gains in power and torque at the top of the rev range! Pulls well all the way to the limiter and super quick spool up! :)

386/396 exp with fudge factor! Great driving experience! Comes on full boost about 3k and keeps pulling all the way through gear! Proper b road blaster! Lol

That's what my VIII was running before I sold it and it's just right for the road :)
My v went off to the body shop today :)

Yea totally agree, any more would spoil the way it drives! Wats having done to your v? Next job on my list is sort front bumper out as its got a big scratch on it!

I decided if I kept my V it had to be mint so I stripped it to a bare shell and its having the underside back to bare metal and protected/painted white..
full in and out respray in white and im gna have all metal bits powder coated before they go back on so fully restored :wub:

Also just rebuilt the engine due to lack of oil :mad:

Yours is looking lovely mate :awesome:

Sounds like its going to look fantastic once its finished! Love to do that to mine one day but i don't think id ever drive it again once it was all finished! Lol thats why i done mine with black wax oil underneath so it wouldn't look so dirty!

U going to do a resto thread on yours?

Yeah I should do really I might just carry on with my project thread as thats been running since I got the car :razz:

Ill drive it but not in the winter :sneaky:

Probably roll it out around spring.....was wondering what white to paint it but I think Im just going to stick with scotia white :confused:
