alloy size question?

been searching alot on alloy sizes but there is so many im a little confused!! my question is will 17" 5x114.3 - 9.5j all round - ET 30 fit my IX any help much appriciated there rota grids by the way if that helps.

Yes but may require some tyre stretch depending on how low the car is
