Hi guys. Im new yo this forum and only joind yesterday when I got my first evo, I have an evo 8 fq 300 with a cobra alarm system.
I have searched the Web and forum but no one seems to have an issue like mine.
The remote worked fine vut was abit lazy so today I changed the battery, after replacing the battery founf that the car would not unlock. I unlocked the car with the key and the alarm went off as expected but still unable to programme the fob. When I press either button the light comes on and then goes off after approx 1-2 seconds. If I hold down both buttons as other threads have suggested it just stays a solid red light.
The car is currently sat in an unsecure car park 20 miles away and im am sh##ING myself about it.
Can any one help me please!?
