Hi All
Well I have recently (today) purchased a 53 plate Mitsubishi Airtrek R in Silver with black leather interior.
I have always wanted an EVO and unfortunately never been able to afford one, but this was the next best option!
I have always been into turbo cars, over the last 4 years had a little obsession with Toyota Celica GT4's specifically the ST205, had 9 over the last 4 years... bad I know... I still have one that is currently being restored...
I bought the Airtrek as a daily for the Mrs (because its a perfect family vehicle
, it was sold as a going concern as it seems to have a lack of power and seems to be pinking. I was silly and didn't do a compression test when bought it. tut tut...
Wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what the issue may be as these cars are very new to me, there are no warning lights or any other indicators so a little stumped.
Also not sure if there are any specialists/members that I could take it too that are nearby, that could do a once over on it as it also needs MOT.
