MASSIVE THANKS to Technicalthunk, B6Lee, and Lee@FCM for volunteering and supporting fly2help Air Smiles Charity Event @ Bristol Airport on 25th March. 
fly2help charity is a leading UK aviation charity operating in the UK set up by a team of passionate aviators who are committed to helping others enjoy the inspiration and life enhancing privileges that being in the air can provide.
The purpose of our day was in aid of 32 young carers and 8 helpers, (40 beneficiaries). Aged between 13 - 18.
Technicalthunk, B6Lee, Lee@FCM and myself volunteered to provide transportation for the young carers between Bristol Airport Old Terminal to Bristol Flying Centre.
The beneficiaries were sooo excited about the day, running and fighting to get in the front seat of the evo's. All the Evo's were a massive hit with the young carers and charity organisers. Everybody wanted passenger rides including all the adults in attendance.
The feedback from the young carers was amazing and one girl was nearly in tears stating "you've no idea what we're doing for them and how amazing it is to have a ride in these cars". At the end of the day goodie bags we're given out to all beneficiaries, sponsored by Airbus UK and the MLR.
The event had 4 events:
20 min flight in a Jet Ranger Helicopter, Beech Bonanza or Beech Baron aircraft.
Police Tactical Armed response Unit display.
Airport Fire Service display with the Carmichael Cobra 2/HRET Snozzle crash tender.
Young Engineer event hosted by Airbus UK.
We had a group photo on the airfield with all the other hardware their on the day
