Advice Please!

Hi All

My neighbour is selling his Evo and he is not sure what mods have been done to it and he needs to know in order to list in properly. I would be grateful if you can look at the pictures and let me know what you think has been done in the form of after market mods. I do know it has had an HKS forged piston kit fitted to it. There is something by the handbrake (a lever) that he thinks controls the exhaust through flow is some way but forgot to take a picture of that. Any ideas on what that is and what other mods have been done. Thanks Mike

Your missing a cover under the steering coloum. Bit suspicious!!!!!

No he bought the car in April 2007 and the seller gave him a full list of the mods done. Unfortunately, he can't remember what the mods were and the guy emigrated to Australia so he can't ask him.
