Active central diff and ic waterspray problems

My evo 8 has picked up a couples of problems today.

One is that all three lights for the acd surface choice; which is tarmac, gravel or snow stay on while driving rather than just the one light for the option you have chosen. Is this a fault warning? If so what do you recommend I do?

Secondly the ic waterspray seems to have jammed on. It wont stop so i just disconnected the battery for an hour to see if it would reset any problems. But as soon as i reconnect the battery the ic waterspray starts up again.

Any advice on either of these will be much appreciated! Thanks!

bridge pins 1 and 4 on the OBD port to give fault code regarding ACD (long flashes = 10 short flashes = 1)

for the ic spray staying on, check the wiring/connections behind the passenger kick plate as these can corrode.
