ABS Warning Light Problem

I am having problems with something draining my battery at the moment, so the latest time it run down. After I got it started on came the ABS warning light and also the AYC all 3 lights are permanantly lit up. I have tried a reset by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes but to no avail. The only other thing I can think of that may have caused it is that when I removed my bumper a couple of weeks back. I was wondering would it be possible for me to have knocked something to do with ABS while refitting/removing the bumper? Any advice will be appreciated.

Where did you jack it up from when removing the bumper???

Hi mate I didn't need to jack the car up for it just wondering if I knocked something when I put it back on.
