abs problem

hi all i have an abs problem with my car (evo 6) i will start from the begining so you know whats happened
i had a intermitant fault that progressed into a hard fault over quite a few months i bridged pins 1 and 4 to get a flash code i cant remember the number as this was months ago but it was a faulty sensor i then i didnt realy use the car much for a few months well i did use it but very little i eventualy bought a new sensor put it on and now the light is still on i have tried geting a code but nothing happens its just on all the time so im just wondering if anyone has had something similar or has any ideas that would be great

Try heading the fault code again. Bridge pins 1&4 and the turn ignition on and count the flashes from the abs light.

i have tried getting a flash code but the light is just on constantly

Reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery. But you may well have to do an idle reset aswell once reconnected

Have u checked the abs ring on the drive shaft, i had that the other day replace the ring ad now spot on.
