abs help

I've just replaced the front right abs sensor as ayc lights on and wen did ecu test came up 1 long and 1 short flash wich says front right abs sensor I've just fitted it and taken car for drive but all 3 lights came back on so did test again and came up same as before do I have to clear code it's on an evo 8 if that helps thanks for any help

Remove battery for couple of minutes, reconnect back up. This generally clear minor faults, failing that plug a computer to it, evoscan to clear the code. Again providing the sensor have been installed successfully.

i change a abs sensor on my 6 and still have the abs light on..i left the car over night with the battery disconnected and it sorted it self out..

Check the wiring of the receiving block connector. They have a tendency to corrode.
