A few bits done while cars been off the road....

Well the car first came off the road for a clutch and transfer box, slipping and rattling!!

Bought an ACT streetlite flywheel and competition clutch kit, and a second hand transfer box.....while i was waiting for the bits i started doin some little bits.....
First pic is the spy hole on the gearbox to release the bearing

Will do anyway goy the parts...fitted them then tried to bleed up the ayc system with the help of andy6 to find no pressure. Tested the solenoids, found out they wasnt opening pulled two out, the third snapped in.... bought a new solenoid free'd the othet two off and fitted again only to find the pump wasnt building pressure. After a couple of weeks of searching i found a propper bargin.....got myself a new pump from greece for £168 delivered!! he listed it as a pump differential so i dont think anyone seen it?? There was only me who bidded. So fitted that and bled it up with a bleed kit of svengali, so its all bled up now, went to bleed my caliper because i had painted it in my garage and 'SNAP' bleed nipple snapped off, took the caliper into work to try and get it out with easy outs and a bit of heat but ended up ruining the caliper so off i went to wakefield last night, so off out now to put it on ha ha.... a couple more pics of a few bits iv done
