5th gear vibration

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a vibration in 5th gear around 50/60 mph in my evo5. I know I have an ayc problem which I am going to sort out next week but don't think this is anything to do with that. It is there when you are on the throttle and goes away when you lift off. I am suspecting a bearing problem somewhere, is this a common problem with evos?
