They're not really discriminating against Birmingham, it's just if anyone ever owned an Evo in Birmingham it would get stolen, ramraided and torched in a second

all insurance companies have increased by average 30% compared to last yr. high risk area are particularly hit, these area is based on the first part of your postcode. This is unfair in my opinion.
I live in area L21-it cover a very large area with only 1 part is not too good because of that we all come under high risk

I got my renewal through yesterday from Lifesure and It's gone down about 10% and I've got 10 years no claims so I'm already on the max :razz:

I've been with them for 4 years now and no-one has ever came close.
Pace Ward wouldn't insure me on my 8 as it was 14 months since I'd sold my first evo 5. Said to ring back in a year. (like I'd forgotten how to drive in those 14 months!!).
I rang back and they were £250 dearer than lifesure
