354bhp e6 what's the next limiting factor for more power?

As title really mods are walbro 255 pump 3 inch turbo back inc elbow exedy stage 3 clutch stock e6 turbo mbc Evotune map. i know the limits of the stock internals just trying to find out what's the next limiting point of the setup on the car.

Ahh yer cheers. It has a apexi filter with shield
Forgot to mention.
So really with the mods it has there's nothing really holding it back for going for a bit
More boost providing the Afr's still good on wot. From speaking to a few people the car is already running abit rich.

Boost is just under 1.2 bar.
I'm in Leicester mate.

1.5 bar boost sorry. Afr's are 12.8 leaning out to 11 by 7200rpm

Hmm maybe push 1.6 bar but your already in the realms of pushing the standard rods.

Ran up to 1.8bar for some time including nurburgring trips and track days.

It's now turned down to 1.6bar.

It's not a clear cut amount if you run under/over. Peoples engines have gone with more and less.

It's all to do with metal fatigue, any engine will eventually fail, if that makes sense.

If you can get up to Simon Norton for a mapping session, he looks after mine.

Yer I went to him last weekend to have pops and bangs put on Yer course its the torgue and how its delivers that kills rods. I'm just more unsure on at what power do things become inefficient like turbo intercooler/piping etc

Haha yer very! I'm a fabricator so stainless ally etc work will be done by me and engine built up by a friend and me just need a decent engine shop thst can bore/hone the Evo block properly

Just remember to use a torque plate and use the arp bolts to torque the plate you're going to use in the build
