3 Maps/roms for my e8 with one is the best?

I have 3 roms.
1st. its 'modified' when i bought car i had this rom. it's with tephra v7.

Please let me know with rom is the best for my car.
Or if any one have spear time modify any one.
Im reading few days about mapping but i don't understand few things.

Use the one the cars been mapped with, why you changing the rom?

becouse i think the car is little 'sleppy' when i put rallyart map car was really different and snappy. :shock:
And shes taking 19/100km at MOTORWAY (120km/h-140km/h)

the rallliart one is leaner than yours and offers bit more ignition timing
