Why do the evo brembos squeak on brake?

Also why do they throw so much brake dust out that gets stuck to the alloy? Nightmare to remove stuck on dirt!

Something to do with the piston and the /shimpad how they meet, just get some shims cover them with cera Tec paste ( you can get it from euro car parts about £3 a tube )

Purple rain 2.0 or Iron x does a good job removing dust and dirt
