the fuel pump you want is a walbro 255 forgot to say

as for mods, 3" exhaust including downpipe and de-cat
walbro 255l fuel pump
hks filter
3 port boost solenoide and raise boost level to around 1:70 bar
and a re-map will see you at a nice 380bhp

about 350-360 mate. the VII turbo isnt very good at flowing air as its a bit smaller in some areas (hotside) map to 1:60 bar and not much more cos turbo might shit itself
