The cold weather means more dense air, you need a map or reduce the boost

im sure ill be slightly wrong here but the jist is true.

have you ever wondered why cars perform better when its cold outside? this is because the airis more dense and cold which engines love, being dense there is more volume of air in a smaller space so 1.5 bar of cold air has more particles than warm air because things expand when hot and contract when cold gases are the same. therefore your car is taking in too much air for the fuel so fuel cut is kicking in and starves the engine of fuel momentarily causing the feeling os slamming on the brakes while accelerating. so you need a map to increase the percentage of air that the fuel cut kicks in at, 2 minute job for a mapper

no if you had a boost leak your car wouldnt be boosting at the right pressure and you almost certianly wont have boost cut.

As above, it will be because of the colder air. 1.5 bar of cold air is more volume than 1.5 bar of warmer air.

Does it feel like it momentarily dies, then goes again then dies again etc? If so then it will definatly be fuel cut.

It would have been mapped on a dyno or just on a day when the air was a more normal temp. It's no biggie mine hit fuel cut so I popped over to robs and he moved my cut limit up a bit

Colder/denser air. Your fuel cut could be 1.55 boost which is why you didn't notice before but you do now. As its only fractionally more.
Or your clutch could have been slipping slightly at higher boost and now you have it working properly your getting full boost.
Or you had a boost leak prior to fitting new clutch and the pipes have been reconnected with no boost leak. So your now getting full boost again.

Any of these are possible, but on having a remap to suit your higher boost setting they should have moved or removed your boost cut??
As Craig said its 2 min job to redo your boost cut limit :)
