said he had the power to issue me £120 in fines for it and confiscate the plates. which would then have ment the car couldnt be driven so it would be towed away :cry::disgusted:

oh and no seat belt


been given 7 days to change it and if im seen with it again within the next 6 months ill be done for everything i got let off for today :disgusted::disgusted:
