goodyear f1 asymetrics mate.
they would rub the lip of the arch on your car as they would have done on when i had the wheels on my VII
same size, 255/35/18 michelin pilot sports or the squishy toyo t1r will fit without issue as the arnt so generous with the rubber :)

Cheers for the reply mate,

My tyre of choice so far is a set of AD08's in 235 width as they're so wide they have pretty much no stretch in that size on a 9" rim (why can't 235 mean 235? lol).

I just wondered what else was out there, always nice to get real world experience of stuff. Thanks for the reply and the advice, ALWAYS useful :):)

yea know what you mean. i started with the michelins on my VII no probs as they arnt that wide and finish in line with edge of rim. best tyre i had !
same fitment with the toyos my mate had on his IX but the lack of grip is shocking.

the goodyear f1 both gsd3 and asymetrics over hang the wheel rim so rub a little when i bined the michelins.
yea know what you mean. i took the michelins off and fitted 235/40 888's and the certainly trimmed my plastic arches back a bit lol no rim protection at all and very square in the shoulder.

no probs, dont forget to click the "woot" tab if you find a post useful :D
