Hi guys,

New to the forum so thought id say Hello! From North of Northern Ireland

Bit of a car enthusiast and currently have my 3rd Evo, heres some pics below of my previous efforts:

Evo 4 GSR in Grey, great car loved it, proper little go kart :)

Evo 5 GSR in Scotia White, brilliant car and very clean

and my latest, Evo 8 GSR, currently modding it a bit:

Tein springs
Ralliart Flaps
Rexspeed Carbon Spats
MR Carbon Exhaust Trim
MR/ Do Luck splitter currently in the post..
Rear privacy glass

Will be better pic of this one coming once I get front splitter etc fitted.

Not sure if I should "MR" style the front/rear lights to suit?

Welcome along mate. Nice looking cars there.

Thanks, only problem with them is they were never fast enough, always have terminal fear of tuning them and it either going wrong or blowing the standard clutch out of them :(

Exactly, never get enough power lol

good to see pics on a first post too :)

id recomend the mr front and rear lights, or just strip your front lights apart and paint it black inside :):)

Well yea that's what I planned to do, although bit apprehensive stripping my lights as they are genuine Xenons, scared incase all the gizzmo's and what nots inside it break! Expensive lights to mess up...

its not a bad job to do if your handy with a spanner. and there is no need to touch any part of the actuall lamps just the crappy bit of shiny plastic.

paint this but not the bit highlighted in orange :)

That looks good, was it a big job getting them hot enough to split the seal, do the orange indicator parts come off easy enough? Whats the bits you didnt paint?

about half hour gently heating it up.

the areas left unpainted are so the the side light and indicator bulbs still project enough light.

Yeah as Evoaps said mate Lookin good!

I recently fitted MR rear lights and fitted black logos on the boot of my Evo. It made some difference to it.

As you say 'It hardens it up a bit'
