will this downpipe decat fit?

hey guys i bought this off ebay yesterday so it maybe abit late now but i wondered whether this will fit my gsr 260 evo 8?? and will it be a direct replacement?

It has a flexy in it which is u usual for later cars. Thought it was just the 4/5/6 which hat there.

Do you have a close up of the flange ?

I was abit worried tho as the cat on my car looks pretty big at the mo and unless this pictures deceiving then it doesn't look like itll be long enough?

the 260 evo does have 2 cats i assume one is in the downpipe section which that downpipe section will replace then there is the normal cat between the downpipe and the remainder of the exhaust
