Some nice bits in there :)
I love the QD+ I need to stock up on more soon.
Your kit will probably be twice the size by summer though. It gets very, very addictive :D

I use built hamber clay. No need for clay lube as you can just use water. You can add a bit of shampoo if you want to help slick the paint.

So basically when I get the clay I cut it into 4 pieces. Wash the car then take a piece of clay and flatten it into a disc that sits across your fingers. Spray your car with water from a misting bottle and rub the clay over small sections. As the clay gets contaminants on it fold it in and mild it back into a disc. I usually work with 2 pieces at a time keeping one in warm water and using one then swapping over occasionally. This keeps one nice and supple for remoulding.

After claying was car again. Use your lime prime ( I use AG SRP ) then add your glaze followed by wax. In my case I'm using poor boys black hole glaze then dodo juice purple haze.

What's the difference between using clay and say... Autosmart tardis ? :)

Tardis is a tar remover isn't it?? Spay on the lower panels and affected areas then wipe off the tar spots. Rinse car after this before claying.

Clay removes many surface contaminants like over spray, pollen etc...

By no means a detailing pro though.

Claying is one of the most rewarding bits of cleaning a car for me. I love it, but I am sad like that.
If you were closer I'd give you a hand doing it.
